Luxury Chalet in Les Tines, Chamonix
Set in the quiet hamlet of Les Tines, this chalet offers a more relaxed side of the Chamonix valley while staying within easy reach of the main ski areas. Positioned between Chamonix and Argentière, it’s an ideal base for exploring the valley without being in the middle of it.
Surrounded by open mountain views, Chalet Les Tines combines space, privacy and easy access to skiing, walking routes and village life. It’s a place to slow things down after a day on the mountain, without feeling cut off from everything that makes Chamonix special.
A Restored Alpine Chalet with Space and Character
Originally built in 1920, Chalet Les Tines is one of the few purpose-built chalets in the area. A recent renovation has kept its original structure and character intact while bringing the interiors up to a modern, comfortable standard.
The chalet spans around 250 square metres and sits on a private plot in a quiet setting. Its south-facing position fills the living spaces with natural light and opens out to clear views of Les Drus and the Mont Blanc range.
Inside, the main living area centres around a large log fireplace, creating a natural space to gather in the evenings. The chalet sleeps 10 to 12 guests across five bedrooms, three of which are ensuite, making it well suited to families or groups who want a bit more space and a more relaxed, home-like feel.
Chalet Features & Facilities
Just outside the chalet, cross-country ski tracks and winter walking paths connect directly into the valley, making it easy to get outdoors without driving. Bus and train stops are a short walk away, offering straightforward public transport links across Chamonix Valley. The chalet’s south-facing position also means plenty of natural light and open views towards Mont Blanc and Les Drus.
Peaceful Setting with Easy Access Across the Valley
Located close to the Flégère ski lift and less than 10 minutes from Chamonix town centre. It’s a calm base with easy access to skiing, hiking, shops, and restaurants, without feeling cut off from the valley.
